I took this photograph back in September 2006, on the day before I moved to Scotland. It’s taken in my home town of Warminster, Wiltshire and I spent some time taking photos of Warminster before we moved away.
I like it because of the rain – you can see it’s absoloutely chucking it down and because of the blur on the car showing movement.
I chose it for this week’s theme because up until the photo was taken, Warminster was everyday life for me and I was about to embark on a new ‘version’ of everyday life, that back then I didn’t know what it would be or how it would turn out.
